Phase 2 is a 6 week / 6 session training that is all about expanding our capacity to give and receive the love of Source through the alchemical activation that comes from integrating Source through Shadow. This training has 4 main intentions:

  1. The first is to reenforce our strengths and empower our Soul's Purpose by clarifying who we are here to be in this life and how we are here to serve while held in the nurturing field of Source Energy and SEP community.

  2. Second is to reclaim the life force we spend in resistance to change and embody it in service to our purpose

  3. Third is to offer the unifying nourishment of Source Connection to our wounded & divided parts that hold us back from realizing our full potential.

  4. Fourth, by weaving these three paths together in service to our own evolution, we begin to learn how to also hold our source connection in service to others and the Earth.

This course requires time, energy, and a level of participation that may at times feel rigorous. While it is also designed to resource and strengthen you, part of that process may feel like you are at times being stretched beyond your normal comfort zone which is normal and to be anticipated. Should you feel that the immersion is interfering with your ability to sustain your daily responsibilities, please contact the organizer immediately.

Because this is an unparalleled modern curriculum experience, I ask that your next step be to consider the commitment required, ask any questions that arise, and if you are clear you want to continue, make your commitment to the program in the form of a deposit or full payment as soon as possible. You are not enrolled until payment is received.

What you get:

  • One 60 min 1:1 coaching session with me at the start of the program

  • The opportunity to be held and receive the full support of Source as transmitted by the community field as a whole as we each offer our full Source Presence towards you.

  • Refinement of your Soul's Purpose and alignment towards your own unique Source connection suited to your individual constitution.

  • Experience engaging your Source Connection in service to others.*

(*Note: Phase 3 is where we learn how to direct, focus and facilitate SEP energy through activations for others yet Phase 2 offers the opportunity to begin opening your channel to activate and raise the frequency of the field around you in service to others and the Earth.)

Tools...

  • to clarify and amplify your Soul's purpose

  • to unlock the exhausted life force spent on maintaining status quo and resisting life

  • to resource and transform your limited beliefs and core material into organic strength and power

  • to alchemize your shadow and harness the life force within for your creative expression

  • to begin learning how to offer your Source connection in service to The Earth

Commitment for the training:

  • You must schedule a 1:1 coaching session prior anytime between now and before the second week of the training.

  • This training will be more interactive than Phase 1 therefore live participation is required for a minimum of 4 out of the 6 sessions to ensure optimal outcome. If this is not an option please reach out.

  • If you must miss a class, agreement with the instructor must be made prior to the start of the training.

  • If you miss a class you are required to view the recording before attending then next one.

  • Training participation in the form of forum shares, some content between live calls, surveys, etc. begins 1week prior to training. Access to course materials ends one month after close.

  • All commitments and lifestyle restrictions and observances for phase 1 are the same and equally necessary

  • REQUIRED DAILY PRACTICE: a bare minimum of 20 minutes of practice 4 times a week is required for the intention of the immersion to be fulfilled. You are highly encouraged to practice more regularly should time and inspiration allow

  • POD PRACTICE you will be partnered with 1 or 2 other participants whose. You are asked to meet with your partners for a minimum of 30 minutes a week concluding 2 weeks after the immersion is complete. (please identify your availability in the question at the bottom of the form.)

Additionally, whatever might be shared within your triad may not be discussed with the larger group without triad participant’s permission. You are always free to share your own personal experience with whomever you choose.

  • RESISTANCE: It is possible to meet resistance to this process at any point in the training. This can be a natural part of the process. If you experience significant resistance that makes it difficult to continue with the work, it is your responsibility to bring it up with the instructor to get the necessary support. Often times, the biggest breakthroughs and rewards are found just on the other side of resistance and continuing to show up to the process and getting the right support is what gets us to the other side. Other times it is more appropriate to yield to resistance depending on how resourced we are in our lives. This training is a process of cultivating discernment which often requires getting unbiased support from others and multiple perspectives to assess what is true for you.

  • CHALLENGES: It is possible to experience challenges with this work that may be internal or external and may or may not be directly related to the work. If you experience any kind of challenge that makes it difficult to show up fully to your daily life or continue the training it is your responsibility to bring it up with the instructor in private ASAP to get the necessary support. This is in service to your personal integrity as well as the integrity of the group and S.E.P. as a whole.

  • EARLY TERMINATION: You are free to terminate your participation with the course at any time, however it is required that you contact the organizer to discuss your decision beforehand to ensure the best outcome for yourself.

  • MAJOR LIFE DECISIONS: It is strongly advised to refrain from making any major life decisions wherever possible for one month after the immersion ends to support your full integration of the work.

Ultimately the choice is yours to follow the guidance of the course teacher.

This S.E.P. Phase 2, Sourcing Through Shadow Training is the second phase of three that ends with a facilitator training. If you are receiving this registration, you are also invited to join the Phase 3 facilitator training, however, the facilitator, Justin Hartery, reserves the right to revoke this invitation at his discretion to ensure the integrity and cohesion of the S.E.P. community. THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE.
This Online Course is not a replacement/substitute for (nor is it intended to be) medical therapy, psychotherapy, or treatment for addiction or trauma. Though the facilitator is a licensed psychotherapist, I understand that this course is not considered group therapy nor is any advice or knowledge presented here offered as professional mental health or psychotherapeutic advice or information.

During the course, you may experience thoughts, feelings, or sensations that you have not previously explored thoroughly. You may experience psychological discomfort during some portions of the course. In preparing for this course, it’s important to consider that negative patterns and challenging emotions may arise from this work as opportunities for your personal development.

The focus of Phase 2 is to support your inner emotional process in relationship to your spiritual development and follows a very specific structure to achieve the best results for the most people possible. Though triggers and projections around how the container is facilitated and structured may arise, please note, THIS IS NOT "A THERAPEUTIC PROCESS GROUP". If you prefer to avert responsibility for your emotional responses rather than first self reflect on how your perceptions may be shaped by your life experience, this training is not for you. That said, private concerns, criticisms and suggestions are encouraged and will be implemented when in alignment with the course intention. In cases where individual needs cannot be met without compromise to the training, termination from the group can be negotiated.

Justin Hartery (the ‘Organizer’) recognizes that some people wish to avoid any experiences that involve negative emotions. Therefore, if after reading the following descriptions or any portion of this document, you have any concern about your ability to fully participate in the course, it is recommended that you immediately contact the Organizer before enrolling.

As the facilitator of the program, it is my priority to support your practice in whatever way I am able and be sure that all your questions are answered to help you be clear on your participation. If you would like, please contact me to arrange a time to talk. It is an honor and a blessing to have you as a part of this growing community. I am inspired to be practicing with you.

In service,
